Express Ground Handling reviews its own performance though a self-audit regime. It also participates and welcomes reviews from its customers, aviation authorities and regulatory bodies. Qantas Group reporting requirements ensure that industry superior standards of performance are maintained at all times.

Ground Servicing Equipment

Express Ground Handling benefits from Qantas Group funding and boasts predominately new Ground Servicing Equipment (GSE). Maintenance agreements are in place at all Express Ground Handling locations and are approved under Express Ground Handling supply procurement policy.
